Licensed with the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, Mr. Barber has accomplished unmatched objectives in his career. In 2012 Mr. Barber decided to change lives in another way. Using his finance background and heart for people, Baxter founded BWB Global Concepts, LLC and sourced $750K in funding to help returning citizens effectively rebound fro
incarceration to thriving members of the community as tax paying citizens. BWB Global partnered with many entities in the community that had the same vision to increase public safety and reduce recidivism by providing community-based care. A decisive, results-oriented leader with an infectious personality, which contributes to his proven track record in all areas of sales and marketing of business products. Baxter has built key partnerships and assisted countless families and serves as a mentor to many in the industry. On a mission to empower the people, Baxter is inspired to create more opportunities for African Americans in the secondary markets and other instrumental areas of the industry where we are underrepresented but can thrive. In his community activities, Mr. Barber is a math tutor, Parent Advisory Committee member at Harmony-Leland Elementary School-Cobb County; Carver-Columbus High
School Athletic Alumni Association member; Hodge Memorial Day Care Center Board member; and Mental Health Comprehensive Services Advisory Board member. Baxter believes there are no barriers and no limits to the things we can accomplish. If we have

A graduate of Savannah State University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration and was a member of the baseball team. Baxter is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity,Inc. and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons.
